What information do I need to provide for the order?
In order to process your order, we need the following information:
The model and quantity of the product you want to order
Your shipping address and billing address
Phone number – if we need to contact you quickly about your order
Email address – for order confirmation and invoice
Payment method – please provide the purchase order number and/or credit card number to complete your order
Do I have to pay taxes?
- For discount online store warehouses located in the United States, there are no imports, duties or taxes. Sales tax is calculated on the basis of the total value of the goods after deducting any discounts. The total tax may also include county tax+city tax (if taxable in your city).
How do I track my orders?
- After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information sent by us. Tracking information can also be found on your Order Details page.
How do I change my shipping address?
